Happy To Be Diving Cold Water Again!

“Hi everyone! My name is Vance Taitano (VTaitano) and I’d consider myself a passionate/ dedicated amateur photographer but an amateur nonetheless. Unless I’ve actually quit my day job It’ll always be an extreme hobby

My first love for photography will probably always be for the underwater realm that I adore so much. I’m originally from the island of Guam but now reside in San Jose California (about and hour near San Francisco). Fortunately I’m also about an hour from Monterey which IMO has some of the best diving in the world! It just happens to be a bit colder than most places… and that’s not a bad thing.

You’ll see a wide range of subjects and styles that I attempt to document throughout my travels.

Flickr has proven for me to be the best forum to receive support & encouragement and it’s given me endless amounts of inspiration! I really appreciate the constructive remarks that are posted by fellow Flickr members, making this site a family-like community. I look forward to contributing to this wonderful group.
